We’ve Made Paying for Braces Easy!
We don't want anyone who could benefit from orthodontic treatment to feel like they can't afford it, so we offer extremely competitive pricing as well as manageable payment plans for braces.
Paying for braces shouldn’t be confusing or complicated. We'll create a straight-forward, customized financial plan to fit your family's budget.
Low Down Payments for Braces
$250 to start
In fact, most people are eligible to start braces for as little as $250 down.
Low Monthly Payments for Braces
as low as $145
Most monthly payments can go as low as $145.00 per month, fitting almost any budget.
Extended Payments for Braces
up to 36 months
Most of our plans can extend up to 36 months, well beyond your time in treatment.
We offer a 10% discount to service members and patients who pay for braces in full when treatment begins.
Looking for a PPO orthodontist or HMO orthodontist? You've come to the right place!
The Smile Store accepts all insurance plans, and we collect directly from the insurance company on your behalf so you don't have to file claims for reimbursement checks. Since we feel most children and adults can benefit from orthodontic care, we work closely with insurance providers to get the maximum amount of coverage for our patients.
Some orthodontic offices technically accept insurance, but they are not an actual participating provider with that insurance company. When that is the case, the patient doesn't receive the maximum benefit from their insurance policy and may not get the best price or maximum coverage.
Because we are premier providers on most major insurance plans, our patients receive the highest level of service and treatment at the most affordable cost.
Military Insurance Coverage
We are very proud of the men and women who currently serve or have previously served our country, and we support our troops with the utmost pride. In addition to offering a discount on treatment to these heroes, we also accept the following military dental plans:
TRICARE Dental Plan: United Concordia
If you are enrolled in dental insurance through United Concordia, we’re in your network! National Guard and Reserve sponsors up to age 23 are covered under the plan, as well as their spouses and children up to age 21 or 23.
TRICARE Retiree Dental Program (TRDP): Delta Dental
Just because you’ve retired doesn’t mean you don’t have access to benefits. You can purchase insurance through the TRICARE Retiree Dental Program and receive coverage for you and your family's dental and orthodontic needs.
